Cassava flour is a fine flour produced from wholesome freshly harvested cassava. Some necessary machines should be used in cassava flour processing, if we want to make cassava flour.

1. Dry sieve: Putting the cassava into the feeding hopper and the belt conveyor will transport it to the dry sieve. The dry sieve is effective in removing dirt, sand, and other impurities are attached to the cassava raw materials. There are multiple inner spirals design to push cassava moving forward. The machine can be adjusted based on different raw materials in cassava flour processing.

2. Washing: The paddle washing machine mainly adopts countercurrent washing principle. With the paddle rotating, the flows between water  and cassava are formed in different directions.

3. Cutting: The washed cassava is conveyed to the cutting machine. This machine is used for cutting cassava into pieces which is convenient for the further crushing in cassava flour processing. It consits of foundation, main frame cuttersades, motor and drive system.

4. Rasper: To obtain uniformly mash ,cassava should be grating in clean stainless steel. The smoothness of the mash determines the quality and market value of products. In this process, the washed cassava are disintegrated with addition of water into pulp by a rasper, which releases the starch granules from the fibrous matrix.

5. Pressing: The filter press is used in separation processes. The process uses the principle of pressure drive. The mash should be removed as much moisture as possible. Complete dewatering facilitates drying in cassava flour processing. Pressing should be done immediately after grating to avoid fermentation.

6. Hammer mill: Hammer mill is a deceive which use high speed rotating knife to break the cassava raw materials. After it, we can get fine cassava flour.

7. Flash dryer: This machine can dry cassava flour instantly in the gas flowing process by using high-speed flowing hot air to suspend wet starch in it.

8. Sifter sieve: A strainer for separating lumps. Getting more fine cassava flour in cassava flour processing.

9. Packing machine: This machine can package automatically which is labor-saving and has a high efficiency.
