Main process:
1.The harvest cassava can’t be stored for a long time, so the cassava raw material should be processed by cassava starch machines as soon as possible in cassava starch processing machine. We should put the cassava in the feeding hopper and transport it to the dry sieve machine by the belt conveyor.
2.Dry sieve: The dry sieve machine is effective in removing dirt, sand, and other impurities are attached to the cassava raw materials in cassava starch processing machine. 11.Peeler centrifuge: It is used for dehydration of starch slurry. The starch slurry enters the centrifuge and falls into the bottom. The starch slurry in the sieve basket is discharged by centrifugal force into the discharge port at the lower part of the casing in cassava starch processing machine. The water in the slurry flows to the drain port under the action of centrifugal force.
12.Flash dryer: This machine can dry starch instantly in the gas flowing process by using high-speed flowing hot air to suspend wet starch in it.
