First step: harvesting and selection fresh cassava roots
Ensure the variety to be harvested is good for high quality fresh cassava flour production,selection well matures 9-12months cassava roots.the cassava roots should be fresh,mature,and healthy,without cracking and few fibrous roots. 


Second step: feeding and cleaning roots

After transported fresh cassava tuber into processing factory, feeding the fresh roots into the feeding hopper for short time storage,then transfer by belt conveyor to cleaning machine. Considering the irregular shape cassava roots, add a vibrating un-loader at the bottom of the hopper to prevent the roots blockage.



Third step: washing and cleaning roots

After washed and peeled tuber,transfer the peeled roots into chipping machine. Sixth step :cake breaking
