What’s the price of cassava flour processing machines?

Cassava flour processing usually include these parts : washing, grinding , dewatering, and drying. Before we talked about the price of machines, we can know about all the machines in cassava flour processing first.

The major cassava flour processing machines are Dry sieve, paddle washing machine, peeling machine, grinding machine ,Plate -frame Filter press ,and Flash dryer.

 

Firstly, in washing part, we use Dry sieve and paddle washing machine. Dry sieve used for removing the impurity from cassava , like the sands , leaves, it like a pre-washing; Paddle washing machine used for washing cassava completely,

Secondly, in grinding part, we use cutting machine and Rasper.  Cutting machine used for cutting cassava into small block , then using Rasper to grinding cassava into cassava mash.

Thirdly, in dewatering part, we use Plate frame filter press. It adopt dehydration by extrusion principle which can get a good effect of dewatering.

Last, Flash dryer is used for drying flour .This machine adopt with Negative pressure drying system, who can dry flour with good effect ;using SS304 material, which can ensure the food safety.

Actually, prices are influenced by many factors.

One is the capacity of your project, the capacity who will decide how large machine you will need, machines with different capacities , the price is disparate .

Another one is the configuration of machines. Machines can have high level configuration, and low configuration,the price is different. Like in grinding part, we configure Rasper for crushing cassava into mash, this is the high configuration; and some company may configure hammer mill for crushing cassava . The two machines are with different prices. So configuration is a factory which effect the price of machine.

Then the raw material of machine also effect the price. With the volatility of the raw material market , we also consider the raw material when we fix the price.
